This is a lovely view from a touring boat, showing a wonderful tall-masted sailing ship in the background and fisherman on the rocks. The sky is almost as blue as the water on this sunny day. Photo is a soft Gaussian blur as it was taken by a point and shoot from a great distance and a filter adds to this painted look.
